Globus packages in EPEL Testing switched to the Globus Community Toolkit codebase

Harvester is becoming the key ATLAS production component, with aCT being kind of a back-end. Authorisation, esp. in data, is moving towards tokens, but no common standard exists yet.

Maiken works on Condor back-end testing, for purposes of PRACE demo set-up.

== Release

5.3.4 is not yet ready as Florido wants to try another solution for the Condor "held" jobs in infosys. Some changes necessary for newer builds were ported from ARC6 (and some ARC5-specific changes).

ARC6 alpha would be nice to have this week, but there are still some commits pending to be merged.

* 3759 is not critical
* 3756 - perhaps timeout needs to be increased to 1 min
