PRACE-Condor-ARC setup is prepared by Maiken, who suffered a setback due to a dodgy script.

New plans for Harvester-ACT integration: Harvester will be placed on top of ACT for communicating to PanDA, replacing ACT\s PanDa module; Harvester also replaces pilot factories.

David will explain ARC cache to DOMA meeting later today.
