Anders will tag ARC6 as soon as the latest fix is merged and builds, Maiken will send the commit hash. The tag will be 6.0a1, though nobody remembers the discussion why sould it be like that. API however requires 3 fields (see e.g. src/hed/libs/common/ArcVersion.h), so we'd need to change the code in all the relevant places. After some discussion the best option appears to have 3-digit version, with the last one always being 0.

Globus switching to TLS 1.2: ARC servers should not be affected, at least those using sufficiently recent Globus libraries.

Anders is concerned about arcctl relying explicitly on yum, as package management should be better left to package management, and yum is not the only package management tool around (e.g. Fedora switched to dnf). To be discussed in Umeå.

NorduGrid CA is becoming obsolete, as it certifies only one human customer and 4 hosts. Also to be discussed in Umeå.

Will be 6.0.0a (note three digits, the last will be always 0). 

5.4.3 will happen, after all, following a new patch from Florido, the "usual" procedure will be followed. Will include only packaging and HTCondor fixes.
