i) RC1 deployment status and RC2 tag

David: Boinc CE upgraded to RC1, seems ok except some SE-linux problem

Maiken: deployed RC1 in Oslo, also runs the nightly in production. mentions a shared file system (3806) problem

Andrej: deployed on fedora 29, gentoo.  gridftp, infosys, dds are all fine, however arex shuts down during startup.  Aleksandr thinks most of these are fixed. Andrii to test.

Andrii: reports updated his system to RC1, one issue found and got resolved.

Florido: mentions infosys crashes at Christian's deployment. No details provided by Christian.

DECISION: we go for RC2, the code is not ready yet for final release

Tag date: right after Mattias finishes with se-linux and 3805 fixes, most probably on Thursday.

hard deadlne for RC2 packages & announcement: Monday morning.

This time a short announcement note is enouh for the RC2.

ARC6 RC2 packaging:  Anders will provide a new way of distributing the igtf packages with the RC2. 

Long discussion about the best way to keep the repository information up-to-date. Short term solution is to replace the ARC6 new repo info page with a link to Ander's 15-year-old page.

ii) AOB: Andrii informs us about updates he made in the documentation. Now it is possible to edit the source directly following a link on the actual page. The howto contribute readme file is also available.
