== OpenSSL issue ==

We need to rebuild 5.4.4 for OpenSSL 1.1.1. To fix the OpenSSL issue it is enough to rebuild the code without a new tag, on the same source. However, there are some changes in the code that can be added on this occasion. The conclusion is to do a simple rebuild, i.e., 5.4.4-2. David points out that 5.4.2 also needs a rebuild on Ubuntu, Mattias will check if this is possible.

== Release 6.1

A number of new bugs mandate a quick new release, 6.1, see https://source.coderefinery.org/nordugrid/arc/milestones/2

Bugs in question: 3826, 3828, 3835, maybe 3836. Targeted release date: Monday-Tuesday next week.

 

== Bugs

Some Gitlab issues can be closed or reformulated. Perhaps Gitlab issues can become a development task tracker, or maybe JIRA can be connected.

Other bugs are well known and discussed at the workshop.

== New development branches in Gitlab

A couple of new development branches are proposed to be added: for controldir restructuring and REST interface. While REST perhaps can be Aleksandr's own branch, controldir definitely needs to be shared by several people. No objections, needs input/action from Maiken.
