Balazs and Andrii finished defining the new JURA DB schema called AAR (A-REX Accounting Record), compatible with APEL and SGAS, with some new attributes, see https://source.coderefinery.org/nordugrid/doc/blob/master/source/tech/jura.rst A-REX will record data in the DB and JURA will publish records to e.g. APEL. No decision yet about the database itself.
Maiken is working on new release procedures.
Proposal: release notes should be brief (bugs, MRs), and more extended description can be in docs.

There will be no code freeze, but technicaly when release notes are done, no new merges will be done. Otherwise everything is ready and will be tagged shortly.
