KIT, Saclay have troubles using ARC, seemingly related to small VO support and probably client issues. Anders had bad experience with EMI-ES interface stability, job submission was slow and at times failing.

== EMI-ES issues

David suspects the slowness reported by Anders is due to timeouts, asks for a bug report. Maiken and Anders discovered input file truncation with EMI-ES, bug 3659 reported and is made a blocker.

David expects EMI-ES job submission rate at 1 Hz, Anders still thinks it is slow, besides, he experiences random failures. 

== CE-debugging wrap-up

Aleksandr wants to investigate more. There are at least 3 issues fixed, but it is unclear why all of them manifested at once. A post-mortem would be interesting.

== 5.3.1 release

A new known issue should be added to the release notes: bug 3659. Maiken will start working on release notes. Would be nice to be ready by Friday.

== IGTF-incompatible certificate issue

 Bug 3641 reported that newly introduced policy checks create problems when accessing sites that have non-IGTF certificates. Everybody agrees that this is not a bug, but a correct begaviour, in line with IGTF policies.
