<p>Maiken will write Git workflow instruction; a release rehearsal will be done to test everything.<br>

<p>== Documents</p>

<p>Documents will not be tagged and released, but it is still not clear where would they be - probably in Git, but likely separate from the code itself, except for release notes. The documentation task force will discuss it.<br>
&nbsp;</p>

<p>== Nagios and gangliarc</p>

<p>Both will not be tagged with ARC, but it is not yet clear how will they be released and supported. Petter will be invited to the next week&#39;s meeting to sort things out.</p>

<p>== Future of data management in ARC</p>

<p>Some ideas were discussed in Ljubljana: ARC as a light-weight storage solution for small sites; make a proper client for Candypond and market is an alternative to pilot jobs. Some bits of Rucio can also be added.<br>

<p>== Release</p>

<p>Maiken prepares for a bugfix release. In future, GitLab will do RPMs automatically, but it is unclear who or how will sign them; to discuss with Anders.<br>

<p>No new bug reports, though there were some discovered in Ljubljana.</p>
