== News

Balazs, Andrii and Florido came with a new system for config//defaults, more details tomorrow; more coding implied (some attribute names changed, about 4-5 important ones and some less important). Some changes in packaging will also be proposed.
David and Oxana attended ATLAS s/w week, Harvester was said to be in production, and ARC was mentioned as being interfaced to it. Vincent and others (Cedric, Andrej) also mentioned ARC cache. Vincent proposed to introduce storage QoS criteria. Also xcache and xroot were advertised. Rucio has ambition to develop into a generic universal high-level data management system.
Maiken is renaming "localplugin" to "internalplugin", PanDA jobs submitted successfuly.
Most people leave for holidays after CHEP.
Oxana summarises some positive progress towards including ARC into NeIC vision and possibly NOSC/EOSC.

== F2F meeting in fall

A week, s​ome time in late October, should involve both sysadmins and devels; Balazs will circulate Doodle.

== Bugs

* 3384 - there was some progress, Balazs will ping Andrej
* 3728 - Aleksandr says there's no way to tell; bug should be closed as "wontfix"
