Continued with the clarification of various arc.conf blocks.

1) [authgroup:name]

Swap the first two sentences at the block description

Long discussion of the famous "all="  parameter.

DECISION = Alexander writes definition of "all = yes" and "all=no" in the authgroup block. Those two will replace the "all=" 

2) [mapping] block

DECISION: [mapping] mandatory, an empty such block results in mapping to service id. This has a side effect, a corner case when users will be mapped to root AND since root is blocked by AREX, the resulting system will be non-functional (in tems of general job management features).  The validator should be changed to send a warning for such case.

Proposal: we should consider changing the default of gridmap parameter to UNDEFINIED. For that the behaviour of various subbsystems should be checked.
