<p>- Mattias: add arc.conf.DELETED and put arc.conf.reference to the proper location</p>

<p>- Florido: issue 46 related to glue1 should be fixed later but not blocking the alpha</p>

<p>- Andrii: no pending tasks for alpha test the map_with_file and simple_pool</p>

<p>- Maiken: merge increased time of. &nbsp; mentions the ganglia bug (no blocking)</p>

<p>DECISION1: Tagging date: Thursday afternoon.</p>

<p>DECISION2: for alpha tag we keep the release_notes directory and put there a note for version 6. Mattias does the packaging.</p>

<p>DECISION3: announcement about ARC6 alpha to go out latest next week Tuesday. It gives some time for Anders to run the official build procedure. BUT: we&#39;ll go out with the release announcement even if there won&#39;t be official Anders builds.</p>

<p>Action: Maiken collects the production NEIC arc5 configuration files and stores them confidentalynot violating any data/site privacy regulations :)</p>
