i) alpha-3 release: nobody is aware of any blocking issue for proceeding with the alpha3 tag/release.

installation documentation is up-to-date.

mapping block changes are tested by Andrii and OK.

ii) arc6 mid term planning:

-aplha-3 test release announced: Today

-first week(s) of January; intensive testing of alpha

-January: opening the development branch for code cleanup

-January: conclusion on the CLI options proposal (dedicated call), coding on another dev branch

-Towards the end of February: ARC6.0 official release

open question: documentation status (it may be a very big work).
