== OpenSSL 1.1.1 problem

ARC5 does not work on platforms with OpenSSL 1.1.1 , which also happens to be the build system platform, bringing some urgency to the issue. Mattias patched packages in F29, Rawhide and Deb unstable, but not in the NG repo, and not in the code, so a proper fix should be applied and packages rebuilt (i.e., new release). The question is, when and how. We can either wait until people complain, or wait until more fixes accummulate. Since it is so far a corner case, and Anders uses an ARC6 (?) nightly for the build, Maiken is inclined to wait. In future such issues will be discussed on a case by case basis.

Testing is important, everybody agrees.
