new set of options on top of the old ones (not to be used together). Old options to be clearly marked as OBSOLETED nevertheless still supported in the code.

New options:

-- registry, -- info-endpoint-type,-- submission-endpoint-type, --arcce

SUGGESTION during the discussion:  if NO submission-endpoint-type is given the CLI should USE a predefined submission-endpoint-type as a first option then go on trying all the other available interfaces

TODO: clarify what happens if the services are using non-standard ports (emies not on 443, ldap not on 2135)

DECISION: rename to --arcce to --computing-element

TODO: what to do with mixing of old and new (Florido would mix it)

TODO:  reconsider supporting the alias blocks from client.conf e.g. with the --computing-element option
