DECISION:  release candidate tag:  v6.0.0rc1 

Tagging will be done after Dyma comes back with green light based on testing the post-merge nightlies earlier.

target date: Friday

2nd release candidate, if necesarry  15 March, a week later

Official release 6.0:  15 March, or a week later.
