David & Maiken: highlights from CHEP: Rucio, Kubernetes, the "tokens" have been mentioned all over the sessions. "ARC works well" was said many times as well.
Maiken: ARC promotion is needed. What we have right now is nothing.
i) 6.4 release preparation:

one pending item: Mattias should give a green light over the WIP 876 (globus packaging)
DECISION: we go forward with 6.4 even without the globus changes (in case Mattias would not respond in time)
CODE freeze is Tomorrow.
The logrotate issue reported in 3871 fixed and to be tested before the release by Maiken
