NDGF will probably be all red in availability/reliability in March because of the unpatched HTCondor at ARGO. WLCG will apply corrections. HTCondor still has no time estimate for the new release, so WLCG testers will be contacted.
== Bugs
* 4000 - unclear where does it belong
* 3999 - may need to be reopened as a feature request
== Release
There are few new commits, so time for a new release 6.11, tracking issue is open. Time line is about a couple of weeks.
