SAM tests submission system got upgraded to the new HTCondor, but some sites collected bad stats, needs to be corrected.
APEL will keep the old ActiveMQ server up until end-May, hopefully. Once we get instructions from APEL, we can go ahead with the new release (we bundle SSM client with our source, plus some Python3 fixes which may not be needed).
Release 6.11 is almost ready, 9 merge requests are planned to be in.
== Bugs
Nothing critical, one new crash report, but with an old ARC version.
GGUS #151196 should be converted to a feature request, such that AREX substitutes the first matching queue from arc.conf into job description when queue is not specified. The proposed new AREX behavior is like that:
if (queue in xrsl) submit to that queue w/o modification
elseif (no queue in xrsl and exists default queue in arc.conf) substitute default queue into xrsl and check authorisation
elseif (no queue in xrsl and no default queue in arc.conf and VO is authorised in one of the arc.conf queues*) substitute into xrsl the first queue where VO is authorised in arc.conf
else (reject)
* any VO is authorised in a queue that has no authorisation defined at all
