Vincent committed S3 DMC, seems to be working, needs testing.
Dates of the NordForsk ARC project meeting are not known yet, Farid will propose something soon.
Back-ends FTF in Copenhagen, localtransfer caused some confusion and needs to be discussed in more depth.
HTCondorCE is becoming more popular, all US sites use it, LHCb and ALICE test it.
Anders fixed the disk crash consequences.

The feature appears to be not needed by production sites; it actually doesn't even work since uploaders/downloaders are removed. No need to keep it. Final removing steps would involve getting it out of configuration and remainders in the code. For the major release.
Python-lrms (for SLURM) will also be introduced in the major release, requires configuration changes.

Bug 3470 seems to be fixed, though it is not easy to check. Release process can start as soon as 3510 is fixed. Release notes preparation should start now.
For nightlies, libs3 needs to be handled correctly (is available for Debian/Ubuntu, will become available in EPEL very soon).
