== News
WLCG and EGI focus on CentOS Stream 9. It is enough to have ARC in EPEL (9) to have it in CentOS Stream (9), but some work needs to be done regarding dependencies first. CentOS Stream though would require a separate build for the NorduGrid repo. We can't use CentOS as a base for RH-flavor packages though, as there won't be a CentOS. CentOS 8 will be stopped, since it is discontinued. The easiest solution is to build Rocky Linux packages, and eventually the proper RHEL packages. The short-term solution is to build for Rocky Linux and CentOS Stream, with immediate effect. EGI also pushes for the AARC profile implementation, something to follow.
The log4j vulnerability is not pertinent to ARC, but may disrupt auxilliary services.
Rucio & FTS tokens: some rather complicated workflow is getting devised. Server certificates WG started working, also not a trivial issue.
No news on the future NeIC calls yet.
== Release
No new release before Xmas, but likely in January, with a chance to test all the new CentOS Stream machinery.
== Bugs
Nothing to mention.
== Next meetings
Maybe on 11th or even 18th. A dedicated extra meeting before the release may be needed.
