Hybrid in-person and virtual meeting, but encourage in-person participation (also from the fees, as paid virtual participation necessary). Big conference room with social distancing pre-booked, backup room (free) for 60 people. 

 

Too many variables to offer reduced student participation. 

 

Invited speakers will come in person and we will pay for their plane / hotel. 

Invited talks: theory of dark matter, g-2 experiment

 

What to do: 

• open registration and abstract submission (by end of this week). 

• Registration open for 1 month (until 17th), leaving time to decide on the pre-booking of the big lecture hall if not many participants in person (room can be cancelled until Oct 20). 

  • Leftover funds 

• Abstract submission open until end of October. 

 

Elin: when listing info about payment, it is desirable that they also pay the fee for the Swedish Physical Society. 

 

Board composition

 

New board composition proposed by valberedning was discussed for election. 

 

Next meeting: mid-October after registration (see upcoming email) - tentatively October 19th, 13-14
