Some limited contacts with the EuroScienceGateway, situation still unclear.
ARC client would be needed to engage more user communities, there's an idea to have it behind Jupyter, though ARC-style data staging is problematic in this setup.
Token renewal needs extension of the REST 1.1 ARC interface, to allow clients to upload a refresh token. Service would need to be extended as well.
Token hackathon follow-up may happen during HEPiX in UmeƄ, if it is not too soon.

== Bugs

Two feature requests for ARC7 are sumbitted to Bugzilla (from the ARC7 workshop roadmap).

== Release

A feature freeze for ARC7 should happen some time soon, such that testing can start. Realistic testing is not easy, needs more thinking and planning. Some basic test ccases still need to be defined and passed.

Code clean-up will be a major effort, needs good planning. Some bits started already. Issue #112 keeps track of the clean-up.

In addition to the listed features for ARC7, a new feature is needed to enable Linux CAs on the server side via configuration.

Once clean-up is done, an alpha-release can be done, target date is tentatively October 25. Final release date to be estimated next week.
