<p>aCT client aparently has no matchmaking feature, i.e., doesn't check whether job requirements are satisfied. A feature on the AREX side is needed, at least for RTEs, to validate job description. Some issues with delegation discovered in ARC7, to be reported. There's an idea to incorporate ARC clients into Jupyter notebook.<br>

<p>REST 1.1 is not yet finished, can be finished soon. Another feature request is to have a containerised version of ARC-CE with REST-only interface (Gitlab issue&nbsp;#113 and #123), status is unknown, but seems to be working. If REST 1.1 is ready by next week, an alpha release can be out by mid-December (optimistic assessment).</p>
