Release meeting didn't happen yet.
Mailman is getting fixed wrt SPF record.
The question regarding non-IGTF certificates is still open, a proper solution might be to copy/link all in one place and, if necessary, add a generic signing policy file (e.g. via arcctl), since no policy exists.

No new bugs; a review of those that need to be fixed for the release is needed (likely are already among the Gitlab issues).
