NeIC 2024 conference will have an ARC workshop, and possibly at ISC.

* 4143 is probably fixed in REST, to be followed up
* 4142 needs a proper fix, not a workaround; unfortunately the issue is only RH-specific. Appears to be an IGTF problem (e.g. too short keys of some CAs). The behavior is probably correct anyway, but a better way of relaxing defaults would be to make use of system-specific openssl configuration, which would constitute a new feature. More info to be added to #4142.
