This was the bootsraping meeting of the configuration work.

1) agreement & actions:

- regular meetings on every Friday between 14:00 and 15:00

- goal is to have something "ready" by the nordugrid conf

-development is to be done on the dedicated branch: http://svn.nordugrid.org/trac/nordugrid/browser/arc1/branches/arcconf_restructuring 

-ACTION: Anders sets up a nightly build over this branch

-ACTION: Balazs update/clean up the page

-there'll be some sort of Tracker (most probably a google sheet) for monitoring the implementation of the new config structure. A dedicated changelog is to be used as well (placed in the top dir of the branch)

-ACTION: Balazs to come with a progress tracker

-ACTION: Balazs to add ChangeLog.newconfig to the svn branch

-refrence structure: http://svn.nordugrid.org/trac/nordugrid/browser/arc1/branches/arcconf_restructuring/src/doc/arc.conf.reference  contains all the blocks, variables, defaults and new syntax.  PLan is to freeze this file/structure next week Friday.

-ACTION: ALL to carefully read the arc.conf.reference and confirm it is OK or come with proposal for changes (e.g. better variable,block names, right David :) and resolve the missing defaults and TODO items

-ACTION: All should think about the question "how will you parse the new config for the component xyz you are responsible for?"  will you rely on a new parser to be developed by someone else, or you will modify existing parser(s). This info is needed to be able to assign parsers to people

-ACTION: Mostly for Andrii to think whether we could aim for the DNS-Index as a replacement for the current EGIS already together with the new config. Going for DNS.Index would even further simplify the config structure

-preliminary coarse-grained distribution of ARC components/moduls: info Florido, startup scripts Mattias, backends Copenhagen, data David, nordugridmap Andrii, Jura Gabor, HED, A-REX Aleksandr. Next week we'll make a more accurate assignment

-Testing: we'll need to discuss and plan for it in a few weeks from now, when we have the first functional parsers ready.
