i) unfortunately Aleksandr was not available, therefore many of the pending topics are postponed.

ii) agreed on next extraordinary meeting date: Tuesday, 11 April, 9-11

iv) discussed bit the question of block headers, concluded that [authgroup:biouser]  vs.  [gridftp/jobs]

v) reassured that the official format is WITHOUT quotes

vi) David proposed a new block for the data delivery service that currently not part of arc.conf.
