17 April 2018, 14:00 - 15:00
Present: Maiken, Balazs, David, Mattias, Anders, Aleksandr, Oxana
== News
Balazs: simplified static information a la Condor should be doable, work in progress.
Oxana: summary from the GDB, the big new WLCG project is DOMA, concerns data management evolution for HL-LHC
David: works out a combined solution with a standalone aCT being a back-end of Harvester and submitting to ARC-CE, while Harvester is the one communicating to PanDA (not aCT).
Mattias got everything building on all architectures.
Anders: also working on builds
Maiken: busy with buids as well; also working on an elastic cluster with HTCondor and ARC/aCT with docker-RTE, in the PRACE scope
== Issue tracking
GitLab has an own issue system; so far it is used for rather internal things or issues with GitLab itself. The GitLab's own issues interface is rather primitive. So far there is an agreement that we keep Bugzilla as a main bug tracking tool, keeping GitLab issues to GitLab-specific issues. Release notes should normally have bugs from Bugzilla. GitLab issues that grow big can/should be reported in Bugzilla.
Anders creates a version "git" and a milestone "6.0.0" in Bugzilla
== Bugs
GitLab #13 should go to Bugzilla (keeping the old behaviour is preferable)
