The workshop will start with a common lunch on Monday and finish with a common lunch on Friday.
After the lunch on Monday we will have a special poster session Monday afternoon.
It is special in this way that each person has to have a poster and that each person gets some dedicated time to introduce their poster. The poster session will end up with a welcome drink where there will be time to go around and further discuss the posters.
Tuesday to Thursday, the discussion will continue in smaller rooms. The posters will be moved into the relevant rooms. Tuesday morning and start of the afternoon each of the posters for a specific topic will be discussed in detail inside the topical group. In this way one can really get an in depth and exploratory discussion of the key questions raised by the convenors in their synopsis and also by the individual posters. At the end of Tuesday afternoon there is a team building session in Malmö followed by a light dinner.
For the Wednesday sessions, the idea is to have discussion between the topical groups. This mean that there will be dedicated time so that each group will get to interact pairwise with the four other groups during the day.
Thursday morning each topical group can decide by itself what it wants to do. Thursday afternoon the goal is to wrap up the outcome of the discussion so that Friday morning we would have 5 presentations, one per topic, where the conveners present their highlights focused on at least one experimental measurement/development of new methods or theoretical calculation/prediction/development that he or she argues can make significant progress on the topic. This means that the discussion in the groups on Thursday afternoon ideally have to converge into something concrete.
The convenors and the secretaries are responsible for producing a short write up of these highlights after the þing.
